Can I upload anyone’s photo?

No. You should upload only your own photo or photos you have proper permission to use.

How do I delete my data?

Open the app, go to Settings, scroll down, and tap Delete Account or Delete My Data. You can also email support@ginit.in.

Will I get a refund if auto-pay is deducted?

Cancellation normally stops future renewal. If payment has already been deducted and the billing period started, access may continue until the end of the paid period and refund may not be provided unless required by Google Play rules, payment provider rules, or applicable law.

My Babyface collects and processes information required to provide AI image generation, account access, payments, support, app security, and user data controls.

Information we may collect

Account information such as name, email address, Google sign-in details, user ID, and login activity.
Photos uploaded by users, including selfies, couple photos, parent-style photos, gallery images, or camera images.
AI-generated images, previews, downloads, generation history, and related output data.
Payment/subscription information such as order ID, plan status, renewal status, cancellation status, and credit usage. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank passwords.
Technical and usage information such as device model, app version, crash logs, error logs, IP address, screens visited, and feature usage.
Support information such as emails, screenshots, issue details, and payment proof shared by the user.

How we use information

We use information to create accounts, provide AI image generation, show results, process paid access, verify subscriptions, improve app quality, prevent misuse, provide support, secure our systems, and comply with legal/platform requirements.

AI and user photo responsibility

AI-generated images are for entertainment only. Users must upload only photos they own or have permission to use. My Babyface is not responsible for unauthorized uploads, user misuse, third-party disputes, or decisions made based on generated images.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers such as hosting, database, AI generation, authentication, payment, analytics, crash reporting, support, and legal/compliance providers.

Data retention and deletion

We retain data only as long as needed for app services, support, security, payment verification, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Users can delete their account/data from Settings or contact support@ginit.in.

Use of the app

The app is not a medical, genetic, fertility, pregnancy, biological, scientific, legal, or professional advisory service. Generated images are for entertainment and creative purposes only.

User content

You are responsible for all photos and content you upload. You must not upload images without consent, private images of others, illegal content, harmful content, or unauthorized images of minors.

Prohibited activity

No harassment, impersonation, fraud, blackmail, defamation, or misleading use.
No sexual, exploitative, abusive, illegal, or child-safety violating content.
No reverse engineering, scraping, hacking, bots, payment bypassing, or server misuse.
No violation of copyright, privacy, publicity, personality rights, platform rules, or law.

No AI guarantee

AI results may vary, may not look realistic, may not match expectations, and may not resemble parents. My Babyface does not guarantee accuracy, similarity, quality, or future appearance prediction.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid features may include subscriptions, credits, downloads, extra generations, or premium outputs. Users are responsible for checking price, plan, renewal, and cancellation terms before purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Babyface and G-INITIATONS ESERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. are not responsible for user misuse, unauthorized uploads, third-party disputes, emotional distress, payment provider issues, downtime, failed generation, data loss, or indirect/consequential damages.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellation, credits, subscriptions, and auto-renewal payments work for My Babyface.

Payment processing

Payments may be processed through Google Play Billing or another approved payment provider. Google Play rules, payment provider rules, and applicable laws may apply.

Cancellation

Deleting the app or deleting your account does not always cancel your subscription. You must cancel from Google Play or the payment platform where you purchased the plan. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund already charged payments.

Auto-pay / auto-renewal

If payment is deducted through auto-pay or auto-renewal and the paid billing period has started, you will generally be allowed to use paid features until the last day of that active billing period. Even if you cancel in the middle of the billing cycle, access may continue until the end of the billing period and the amount may not be refunded unless required by Google Play rules, payment provider rules, or applicable law.

Non-refundable cases

Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to cancel before auto-renewal.
Not using the app after payment.
Deleting the app without cancelling subscription.
User expected a different AI output.
Generated baby image did not match user expectation.
Poor-quality, unclear, dark, edited, or unsuitable uploaded photo.
Internet, device, storage, permission, or user-side issue.
Credits already used or paid feature already delivered.
Account restricted due to violation of Terms.

Refund review

For duplicate charge, failed purchase, incorrect billing, or verified server-side issue, email support@ginit.in with registered email, order ID, date of payment, screenshot, and issue details. Review does not guarantee refund.

Data Deletion Policy

Users can delete their My Babyface account and related app data from inside the app or by contacting support.

Delete from app

Open the My Babyface app.
Go to Settings.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page.
Tap Delete Account or Delete My Data.
Read the confirmation message carefully.
Confirm the deletion request.

Email deletion request

If you cannot access the app, email support@ginit.in with the subject “Data Deletion Request – My Babyface”. Include your registered email ID, name if used in the app, proof of account if needed, and a clear deletion request.

Data that may be deleted

We may delete or anonymize account profile, uploaded photos, generated images linked to the account, app usage history, saved generation history, preferences, and support-related data where legally allowed.

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained for legal, payment, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute, or compliance reasons, including transaction IDs, subscription records, refund records, fraud logs, and security logs.

Subscription note

Deleting your account/data does not always cancel an active Google Play subscription. You must cancel the subscription from your Google Play account to stop future renewals.

Minors and supervision

My Babyface is not intended for unsupervised use by children. If a user is under the legal age required in their country or region, they must use the app only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Uploading photos of minors

Users must not upload photos of minors unless they are the parent, legal guardian, or have proper legal permission. The upload must not violate the child’s privacy, safety, consent, or any law.

Strictly prohibited content

Child sexual abuse material or sexualized images of minors.
Exploitative, harmful, abusive, or violent content involving minors.
Content used for grooming, harassment, blackmail, or exploitation.
Uploading someone else’s child photo without permission.
Creating misleading, harmful, or illegal AI images involving minors.
Sharing, selling, distributing, or misusing generated images for illegal purposes.

Action we may take

We may remove content, disable generation, suspend or terminate accounts, block access, preserve records where legally required, report content/activity to platforms or authorities, and cooperate with lawful investigations.
